REFLECTIONS

Experience
My whole experience during this entire semester was really stressful and tiring. I admit that most of it was my fault, I was bad at managing my time, procrastinated a lot and wasted time doing other things, but I still had fun doing typography. Sir Vinod was also a huge help as he was honestly a lot nicer than the last time I saw him, kind of mellowed out a little. The finding type exercise was fun to do, taking pictures and trying to find letters in them, made me think of ways to twist the image to get what I wanted. Project 1 was fun as well, I was able to find ways to express myself, though it was kind of challenging. Project 2 was also very fun, having to make my own typeface and everything from scratch more or less.

Observations
I saw that I really needed to keep up with classes or I would be left behind and entire week or two if I missed out on one class. The schedule was so packed, I needed to do something almost every day of every week. This was probably a good thing though, since it probably builds discipline or something like that. Probably. Classes were interesting, diving much more into the process of making a typeface than the previous module in my opinion.

Findings
During the duration of this module, I learned a lot more about typography, like the different type systems used in other media, ways to make my workflow easier for myself, and how much easier I was able to go through things after going through the previous module. This module was fun and easy to do if you are able to keep up with the classes.
